Year 5 Teacher.•Responsible for the health and safety of 30 pupils in Year 5.•Became the lead of PSHE/RSE in September 2021 and became responsible for The School Council across Years 1-6.•Delivered parents evening (November 2021 – via telephone, due to covid regulations). •Responsible for planning, teaching and delivering ‘catch-up’ lessons following the lockdown period, assisting to close the gap for children’s learning in line with the National Curriculum expectations; with particular focus on the wider curriculum subjects, such as French, Music and Computing. •Actively sought support with the teaching of Mathematics, in order to develop lessons and further enhance children’s learning, with particular focus for those who are GD. •Began teaching a programme called ‘The Year Five Choices Programme’; a programme which focuses particularly on the well-being and mental health of children in Year 5 and promotes a range of fundamental life skills such as teamwork, resilience and adaptability, preparing children for the working world and life ahead of them.

Year 4 Teacher.•Responsible for the health and safety of 30 pupils in Year 4.•Achieved a range of certificates including; Data Protection and Working from Home, Data Protection Essentials for Teaching Staff, Returning from Home Working – Data Due Diligence, Right Help, Right Time – Birmingham Safeguarding Children Partnership and Speech, Language and Communication. •Provided an extensive range of differentiated online learning between the period of January 2021- March 2021 (Second Lockdown).•Delivered parents evening (November 2020 – via telephone, due to covid regulations).•Helped set up, organise and maintain a classroom and school which was in line with the legal covid regulations and ensured the safety of all pupils was my number one priority. •Became part of the Reading Faculty in Autumn 2021 and became responsible for helping to promote ‘The Love of Reading’ to children across all year groups. •Became part of the PE Faculty in Autumn 2021 and became responsible for completing the PE evidence folder and collecting data from all year groups between Year 1-6. •Provided an array of isolation packs for those working remotely during the lockdown period.•Responsible for planning, teaching and delivering ‘catch-up’ lessons following the lockdown period, assisting to close the gap for children’s learning in line with the National Curriculum expectations.
