Hannah is a UK trained Chartered Physiotherapist and has been practicing for 18 years. Following 2 years in the National Health Service, she joined the British Army and served as a Military Physiotherapist for 10 years providing Physiotherapy in both peace and conflict environments around the world.From her time spent in the military, Hannah has significant experience in the management and rehabilitation of sports and trauma related injuries and spent 2 years working with amputees and complex trauma of the lower limb at Headley Court in the UK. She is particularly enthusiastic about helping injured runners STAY running throughout their rehab and loves working with other members of the rehab team to get the very best out of rehab and beyond. Hannah has provided physiotherapy cover for men and women’s rugby and Scottish youth gymnastics and in 2013 she completed a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK. Following the birth of her first two children, and recognising the impact of pregnancy and childbirth on the female body Hannah undertook further training in the field of Women’s health. She pursues a special interest in working with pre and post-natal women experiencing pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence issues, diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) and those who require c-section scar management. Hannah is particularly interested in helping women to prepare for the new physical and mental demands of motherhood and assisting them with their return to exercise and achieve their sporting goals. Now a mother of 3, Hannah is fully aware that time to exercise is not always easy to access as a mum so makes it a priority to ensure exercise and rehab is bite sized, achievable and effective.While her three young children keep her busy, Hannah has a keen interest in nutrition, sleep and the effect of hormones and continues to update her professional knowledge regularly. Hannah enjoys pilates, circuit training and running and has completed the London and Limassol Marathons.
