Using my skills and knowledge I helped create a huge variety of Best selling listings, using unique artwork & designs available printed with personalisation on selected garments and products. These are soover a variety online outlets using POD working directly with a manufacturing company who hand print each personalised item and dispatch directly to the customer.Meaning this role is very hands off and allows me to be creative and keeps me in the knowledge with any online changes or seasonal patterns to ensure I stay a Best Seller with Top Searched products.I provided training in Top tier Customer Service to achieve an account with 4.8 Star review out of 5 with over 10,000 reviews on just one online outlet.

I co-founded Signature Printing Ltd, Where my initial primary role was to help the company launch and scale online marketplace outlets such as eBay and Amazon.Over time, my role became Operations Manager and ultimately, Operations Director, which included overseeing the day to day running and management of the team, ensuring top efficiency from start to finish of each order coming into the factory everyday, overseeing the correct personalisation of the product with the correct workflow of each item and being responsible that every order headed out to the customer each day with the best possible printed results. Each order was personalised to the customers specification and I managed a team of around 18 members of staff with Q4 being the biggest and most crucial part of the business.When we started selling on eBay the company grew from strength to strength. We became the category leader on eBay U.K. for personalised printed apparel as well as quickly branching into gifts and merchandise to achieve further growth.Signature Printing Ltd achieved 1st prize in our category at eBay's first ever business awards and we were invited back to Richmond the following year to judge the new finalists.It was an amazing experience which allowed me to build a closer relationship with eBay and become part of a trial team who provided feedback and guidance on future seller policies and preferences.I was later invited to London where I was able to meet the wider management team at eBay including the U.K. president at the time.Additionally, several years ago I was part of an online team of Sellers working directly with eBay to give feedback based on how personalisation worked on the platform and how to make the experience easier for the customer. Last year I headed the personalisation stall at eBay's Open Event in Birmingham where I was able to meet a huge amount of eBay Sellers and help to inspire them with different products that they could sell with added personalisation.

I started working for Thomas Property Group in February 2013. I was head of the Property Management team. My role was to oversea all 200+ property's to ensure each property was in good working order. This included arranging property inspections on site, arranging works on property with both the landlord, tenant and engineer (gas, electrical or handyman etc).The job also involved tenant checks, contract writing and signing, moving tenants outs, final property inspections both before move in and after, handling of the deposits and disputes, key handling organisation and creation on inventory's.

I left College and went straight into work, starting off as an apprentice. I studied for the Customer Service NVQ and followed that up with Management NVQ and finally achieving Logistics and Planning NVQ.Whilst an apprentice I worked full time at a Lettings estate Agents Franchise named Belvoir Lettings, working in a small team with the opportunity to go to the head office based in Gramtham to gain qualifications in the law of lettings, whilst there I gained the knowledge on contract writing and the UK laws on tenants and landlords.I moved on from Belvoir after 2 years I enjoyed learning about property lettings and maintenance. Working as part of a small team I was able to learn about all the different aspects within a letting agency, whilst taking on new skills and qualifications as I worked.
