Ik ontwikkel samen met het mkb en detacheerders een toolkit vol direct toepasbare instrumenten voor het effectief begeleiden van beginnende financials en onderzoek wat het effect is van deze instrumenten op de ontwikkeling van zelfsturend leren van beginnende financials in de mkb-context.

Ik heb een kwalitatieve studie opgezet en uitgevoerd naar de (professionele) ontwikkeling van onafhankelijke controllers bij woningcorporaties. Ook samengewerkt aan een theoretisch model ontwikkelen over de imbedding van professionals in beroepsverenigingen om morele moed te ondersteunen.

Ik ben betrokken bij deze nieuwe master vanaf het schrijven van een business case tot de accreditatie Toets Nieuwe Opleiding. Inhoudelijk ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de lijnen praktijkgericht onderzoek en professionele ontwikkeling.

Ik heb een kwalitatieve casestudie opgezet en uitgevoerd over de invloed van robots op de inhoud en ervaring van het werkontwerp voor het NWO project ‘Working with or against the machine’. Ik heb een theoretisch raamwerk gemaakt voor de invloed van robots op betekenisvol werk in samenwerking met collega’s van Ethics & Technology. Ik heb ook een kwantitatief onderzoek gedaan naar de invloed van robotisering op het werkontwerp en het welzijn van medewerkers. Alle uitkomsten zijn vertaald naar praktische handvaten betreft de menselijke maat in robotisering in vorm van een roadmap.

This includes developing new job analysis methods using online vacancies and text mining techniques.- Investigating the positive and negative effects of calling on work experience and performance.- Theorizing about the needed alignment between professional identity, work activities, and organizational value for the work experience, well-being, and performance of professionals.- Creating new methods to measure the individual differences in dealing with identity-related changes. Developed the Work Identity Rigidity Scale. Received the Sidney A. Fine Grant by SIOP for our work on Big-data based job analytics.This award is given to a researcher(s) whose work will further the usefulness of analytic strategies to study the basic components of jobs. Coached two classes of second year students of the Project Management course. Advised students with planning an event to raise money for the 'Freedom Through Education' project of Round Table India. Was responsible for a group of 25 students on a trip to Delhi, Jaipur and Agra as part of this project.
