I am a dynamic and effective Consultant and Programme Manager with 10+ years’ experience and a background in Climate and Environment. I bring sound technical knowledge blended with strong project management, organisational and logistics skills developed in UK, African, Asian and Latin American contexts. As a project manager, I focus on ensuring teams are enabled to do their jobs effectively and have first-hand experience of teamwork and coordination in difficult and diverse working environments and across varied and multi-layered stakeholder groups. I managed LTS’ multi-million USD, ADB funded, NRM programme in Borneo and the Contract Manager for the Green Economic Growth Programme for Papua contract funded by DFID in Indonesia. My technical expertise are in the fields of stakeholder governance, monitoring, evaluation and learning, forests and land use.
