As a Human Resources Intern at PCC I learned more about the process of Talent Acquisition in addition to playing a large role in organizing a new employee orientation for the company's Rotational Programs. Through employee surveys and interviews I worked to define trends in the workplace in order to promote a steady talent pipeline and further develop and improve the brand of the company and its programs.
