As a Human Resources Intern at PCC I learned more about the process of Talent Acquisition in addition to playing a large role in organizing a new employee orientation for the company's Rotational Programs. Through employee surveys and interviews I worked to define trends in the workplace in order to promote a steady talent pipeline and further develop and improve the brand of the company and its programs. Achievements:• Created and presented a training presentation on Employee Engagement during Rotational Program New Employee Orientation• Led a LinkedIn workshop for co-op and intern program • Conducted interviews with Rotational Program graduates and led a conference call overviewing the programs to current co-ops and interns • Conducted phone surveys with current co-ops and proposed changes to benefit the current program

During my role as a social media intern for Greenway Health I learned the ins and outs of each social media platform as well as how to engage with each type of audience. I was able to assist in social media strategy and how it could be used to promote the brand of the company to those both inside and outside of the company. Achievements:• Created engaging social media content.• Composed blog posts that relate to the healthcare IT industry. • Conducted interviews with customers and other professionals in the field.
