A dedicated professional in the Health and Wellbeing space, the last decade of my career has supported the RAF family; delivering executive support, project management and product/service development through a variety of roles across the Third Sector.After working up to a C-Suite Strategic Executive Assistant at the RAF Association, a member led welfare charity, I dabbled in Project, Product and Service management before moving into in my current role of Grants and Programmes Manager; heading up the charitable outputs of the RAF Central Fund. We help RAF serving personnel to thrive through Sport and Physical activity. From grass roots through to High Performing and Elite athletes, our grant funding supports individuals, groups and Station/unit facilities, enhancing the physical, mental and social wellbeing of RAF serving personnel through participation in sport and physical activity.The Fund also supports over 55 dedicated Sports Associations that provide supportive communities for personnel with shared interests, championing engagement, development and competition in their given sport through to the highest level.I thrive in broad roles within creative community environments, where I am trusted and empowered to succeed.
