I have a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where I developed a passion for improving the health and well-being of diverse populations. I demonstrated this passion as a Health Intern at the Davidson County Health Department, where I created and implemented two programs addressing children's health and wellness, and the emotional and physical health of the elderly community. This led me to discover my passion in educating our youth on how to take control of their health, so I am now enrolled in UNC Wilmington's online Master of Arts in Teaching program focusing on Physical Education and Health Specialization.My goal is to join a team where I can contribute to the promotion and protection of health and physical education among our youth and learn from other experts in the field. I am eager to apply my program development and interactive education skills to new challenges and opportunities within the school system.
