Have led a restructure and redeployment of Wrike for an entire Marketing Function that has been rolled out to numerous teams across multiple departments, based across various locations in the UK. Stakeholders included Directors, Department Managers and External SME's.The system facilitates initial briefing of requests from marketing managers through to the creative studio, provides consistency and structure for the delivery of creative assets and gives live updates of asset and project status. Subsequently allowing data capture and reporting facilities on Studio and Marketing output and efficiencies. The platform has been rolled out across all of the UK sites for any interaction with the Marketing Studio, with the potential to expand across to the global teams and offices.In addition to the Studio usage, the software has been utilised to streamline and build process for the internal marketing billing department supporting with the billing of vendors.
