I learned so much working here. I went from a regular room staff to team leader. In this role, I was responsible for planning the weekly/monthly cycles of both the learning activities for all the children as well as individual plans where I assessed the learning of each child in my room and planned activities to encourage their personal development. It was beautiful seeing the children learn and grow.

I got to try my hand at a website, about 10 blogs posts, and 40 social media posts for various companies during this internship.

I worked in Kindy and Year 1 classrooms helping the teacher prepare lesson materials and resources. During the lesson, I would support students' learning in small groups.
