I am the type of manager that prefers to be hands on, work with team members to find a boundary that works for them and for the company, and passionate about people. I am also a big believer that you can have fun while being efficient and achieving the goals we have set out to accomplish. I have around 10 years experience in management (LMA), and 3 years experience in the beverage industry. My passions follow my choice of career—the beverage industry! I thrive being able to listen to a brand tell their story and be able to watch them thrive in the most optimal demographic. I have an immense dedication to learning new skills, but also continuing to develop the multiple skills I have previously attained. Being able to take on more responsibilities and having the ability to help in more departments than just my own is an enormous motivator for me.
