My academic journey continued with a Master of Science degree in Food Technology, which I completed in 2005.Following my formal education, I embarked on a career in the food industry, initially working with a major meat manufacturer. My roles focused on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and microbiology, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. I later transitioned to a major retailer, where I contributed to food safety initiatives and business development, leveraging my expertise to enhance product safety and streamline operations.In 2011, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I made the decision to leave the corporate world and take on the challenge of business ownership. I purchased a meat processing facility, which I meticulously grew and developed into a thriving local meat market. The facility became renowned for its excellence in wild game processing, livestock processing, and wholesale meat distribution. The success of this venture led me to acquire another processing plant, which quickly excelled in custom processing, further expanding my footprint in the industry.Over the years, I honed my skills in business management, strategic growth, and operational excellence, ultimately deciding to sell both businesses by 2021 and 2023. This transition marked the beginning of my journey into real estate, land development, and investment. I obtained real estate licenses in Oklahoma, Texas, and soon Arkansas, enabling me to bring my extensive industry knowledge into the realm of real estate.Today, I leverage my unique background in food processing and real estate to specialize in transactions involving meat and food processing plants.
