Writing about my experience through optometry school in the hopes that my advice and outlook can impact others through their own optometric journey.

- Oversaw 20+ group fitness instructors- Managed the day to day operations of the group fitness staff- Contributed to the creation of the group fitness schedule- Created and distributed class schedule and special event flyers through Canva- Assisted with the recruitment of new employees- Compiled data from class attendance statistics and customer service surveys- Conducted instructor evaluations for group exercise classes - Worked with Fit2U reservations staff to coordinate private group exercise class requests and presentations- Maintained student employee folders and employee certification logs - Inspected and organized group exercise spaces - Planned and facilitated student staff training and professional development opportunities and meetings- Lead a group fitness pre-certification workshop for future students/employees to prepare to take their fitness certification examination

Lead safe and effective workouts for students and staff at UK including Zumba, Yoga, TRX, and Barre.
