Interned as a Sustainability Officer helping to the a sustainable communities project. The project works with community groups across London to help educate and engage people with sustainable living.I liaised with councils, other organisations and community groups to organise and deliver the project. I helped develop and deliver educational workshops on recycling, food waste and energy saving. I conducted research for blog posts and internal communications as well as updating social media.

Interned at SetPoint London East, a small educational charity operating out of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park which runs STEM workshops for primary and secondary school classes.I assisted with inputting financial data and bookings as well as communications via social media and mailouts.Ran the Twitter page, posting available workshops and recent feedback from schools.Also assisted with the planning and delivery of STEM workshops for ages 4-11, including a new 2 day workshop for a local school about spiders.

Customer Service: I worked on the checkouts interacting directly with the customers, working in line with age restriction and counterfeit policies. I also dealt with customer inquiries and maintaining the aesthetics of the store.
