Senior People Operations Generalist
Current- Owns benefit administration for fast-growth startup, including facilitating open enrollment, managing broker and vendor relationships, presenting new hire benefit orientation, ensuring accuracy of benefit enrollments.
- Oversees the administration of all leave-of-absence (LOA) requests and processing of paperwork, including ADA accommodations, FMLA certification, STD claims, etc.
- Manages HRIS and workflows for all onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, including maintaining data in systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions for ~250 salaried and hourly employees, including benefits, garnishments, taxes, and deductions.
- Administers 401k process in Fidelity and owns annual 401k audit.
- Ensures legal compliance of state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and updates policies and/or procedures as required.
