    When joining the online live team in 2014 I took on a project to ensure good practice in online live teaching was shared across the business and this became a formal role in 2016. For each paper taught using online live I ensured there was a lead tutor who would set up a good practice adobe connect template room for all tutors to use when teaching. They would also produce tutor guidance documents to give guidance of how to teach from the template room. This role now involved ensuring those rooms and guidance documents are continuously improved and updated and that the live lead tutor is reviewed. Any new courses delivered using online live or for any key clients using online live I work alongside the team at BPP to ensure good practice is shared. I also take part in the annual conference to enable sessions take place to share good practice throughout the business.
