I’m passionate about helping business' with an interest in employee training excellence, focussing on delivering a high level of tailored training to benefit the employee and business. I have been privileged to have been provided with a range of experiences and opportunities that have allowed me to develop a holistic skill-set, as well as a large network of industry professionals and, most importantly, friends. Some of my key achievements are *Provided business’ with the tools to problem solve in relation to health and safety, inductions and quality control management *Involved with the launch of the first video training distance learning platform *Formulated training based on customer feedback * Developed and maintained positive, cooperative, and productive working relationships with cross-functional project teams, personnel, and internal and external stakeholders *Managed the successful implementation of software into business’ in the UK and AustraliaMy time in employment has allowed me to not only succeed professionally, but to expand my personal understandings, expectations of myself, and expectations of those around me.
