Fourth Floor is an influencer marketing company in Bristol. My role includes researching clients and creators to aid campaigns, ensuring all campaigns conform to relevant regulations and laws, matching the right creators to campaigns, liaising with clients and creators and ensuring all campaign analytics are reported in the relevant database.

Project Manager/Arts Management Officer for The Body Hotel, a Dance Therapy company based in Cardiff. My role included: managing company database in line with GDPR regulations, creating and scheduling social media marketing materials, emailing and responding to clients, scheduling and responding to clients regarding bookings, curating intake forms in line with regulations, updating company website and being the first point of contact for external partners, facilitators and participants.

After a selection of therapeutic art workshops were not correctly coordinated, I was brought on board to re-coordinate these workshops in a small community. Liaising between USW First Campus and Merthyr Council, I became the lead coordinator for this project. During this project I engaged with a range of organisations to attract interest in our project and successfully ran most of the workshops before funding ended.

Implemented a new marketing strategy that focused on creating an aesthetic brand with coordinated colours and fonts. Created a TikTok account that doubled their clients by repurposing existing Reels, editing new short videos and coming up with video content ideas. Now, they focus on TikTok as a marketing outreach strategy. This role included graphic/video editing, caption writing, hashtag strategy and monthly analytic reports.
