1. Provide Interviews to employees of Customers in the form of short-term professional counselling support by phone. 2. Provide Interviews to individuals of the general public by phone without restriction on the duration of the counselling support. 3. The Consultant will provide face to face professional counselling support as required and if the Consultant is available to provide such services when the opportunity arises, including, without limitation, mediation, group support, crisis management and face-to-face interviewing. 4. Where the Consultant has provided any Intervention On-Site as part of the Services, the Consultant shall provide information about the Intervention in an Intervention Report in a document based on a template provided by and to Pro-Counselling. 5. In this Schedule, "On-Site" means at the premises of one or more Customers or such other place, other than the Consultant’s practice, as may be agreed between the Customer and Pro-Counselling and notified in writing to the Consultant.

• Play a key part in supporting participants with mental health challenges, understanding how their mental health condition is affecting them in the workforce and provide them with a flexible and personalised support programme, utilising a mixture of face to face and technology based interventions.• Provide a skilled holistic assessment and deliver evidence-based health focused interventions to participants on the programme, utilising their specialist skills, knowledge and experience to provide participants’ with advice, guidance and support tailored to the participants’ individual needs.• Take an holistic approach to long-term health condition management and work closely with the participants’ employer (if appropriate), other employees and health services to help people improve their lives.• Conduct an initial holistic assessment with the participant.• Develop a Support Plan and Communication Plan with the participant, focusing on improving their health and enabling them to stay in, or return to work.• Provide face to face, telephone and live chat based interventions to participants.• Offer advice and guidance to participants with regard to their health conditions and empowering individuals to manage their health more independently and effectively.

• Provide professional counselling services to clients (Jobseekers) on employment and vocational related matters. Counselling will consist of appropriate assessment of client needs and concerns, including areas of mental health, addiction, behavioural management, family and relationship issues, and other aspects; appropriate therapeutic interventions; follow up support; liaison and/or referral with other professional services.• Implement appropriate strategies and intervention plans dealing with barriers towards employment• Provide appropriate advice and recommendations to Employment Service agencies as required by means of the counselling service and activities concerning client wellbeing, particularly where urgent action is required regarding duty of care.• Maintain accuracy and consistency of all case notes with attendance record and recommendations filed to Employment Service agencies and Pure Insights management team at the end of each working day• Abide by all Pure Insights policies and procedures, including staff debrief and case management, mandatory staff meeting and other written notices in accordance with Pure Insights Staff Manual• Conduct initial assessment, set intervention plans, provide practical strategies for jobseekers to obtain long-term employment and build relationships with local providers
