As Data Officer I am responsible for ensuring we have robust systems in place for collection of data for reporting and for development of our activities and services. I love using our systems and information to make colleagues’ lives easier and improve the service we give to carers.

Managing the Worth Connecting project for Carers' Resource as part of the Positive Minds Consortium. We support people over 55 in Bradford District to develop the confidence and skills to get online, with the aim of reducing isolation and improving quality of life.

Working on a project to reduce depression and isolation amongst older people by enabling them to use technology to stay connected with friends, family and local services.

Working with carers to help them balance their caring role and employment, or to help them get back into employment or training after time spent caring. Working with employers to help them support carers within their organisation.

Assisting with the setup of a new coffee shop, including sourcing and setting up contracts for supply; implementing HR processes and procedures; recruitment and training of staff; devising and implementing a marketing plan; creation of an operations manual; ensuring all EHS requirements are adhered to and assisting with the design of the menu.I put together comprehensive cashflow and sales forecast documents, allowing for seasonal flexibility and time to become fully operational. I also put together a full pricing model to allow the directors to make decisions on pricing and fully understand the impact of price changes.

Forage provides delicious, home-made food to eat in and take away. We focus on using the best produce Yorkshire has to offer, using seasonal ingredients and foraged foods where possible.
