Senior Technical Writer
CurrentKey Skills/Job Responsibility:- 7+ years of experience in software product documentation or online publishing including experience in writing technical customer-facing materials.- Completely responsible for gathering/researching inputs for content development.- Working as per the guidance of the team lead in the creation of course contents.- Support to other Teams- At least 2 years of experience in researching and writing documentation for developers (APIs, SDKs, web technologies).- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile development environment.- Creation of quality content in word files, PPT or other formats on need basis- QC content developed and ensuring quality output.- Incorporation of inputs received from Instructional Design team for development of multimedia tools/learning card etc during content development.- Development of content manuals in their respective functional domain.
