As a Human Resources Coordinator at EOS Fitness, I was responsible for managing payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations for over 500 employees across 12 locations. I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from California State University San Marcos, and I have been working in the HR field for over 4 years. Prior to joining EOS Fitness, I was a Provider Relations Specialist at Western Dental & Orthodontics, where I supported the network development and contract management of dental providers. I have acquired skills in ADP Workforce, policy interpretation, and human resources, and I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
