My main responsibilities are:• Responsible for advising and guiding managers and directors on performance management, ER, Absence Management, employment legislation, grievances and disciplinary procedures.• Responsible for processing the monthly payroll.• Responsible for maintaining and updating the intranet system and administration • Responsible for implementing the employee recognition scheme and the employee council.• Responsible for writing and compiling employee paperwork and offer packs ensuring that policy and procedure manuals, handbooks and other printed materials are up to date with current policy and procedures• Accountable for the Implementation HR business policies and procedures• Proactively identify and activate HR best practices to enable continuous improvement, enhance employee engagement and drive business strategy• Recruit, train and develop all employees to ensure an efficient and profitable operation
