In November 2019 I founded Estate Administrators, LLC with my business partner, Samantha Payton. We serve as professional fiduciaries in many capacities including probates, trust administrations, and conservatorships. We are accepting appointments in active cases and nominations in estate planning documents. I am honored to provide our community with an option for those who desire to appoint a professional to serve either for themselves in their own estate plan, or for a loved one who has passed away. My knowledge and experience with estate administration in our community allows me to provide high quality, efficient, and cost-effective estate administration. To provide a bit of background to you on my experience, I worked for 15+ years as a paralegal, specializing in probates, trust administrations, conservatorships, estate planning, and civil litigation. I also have experience in real estate, business formations and corporate law, land use, employment law, family law, and immigration. I received my Professional Paralegal certification through NALS in September 2018. I have extensive experience with cases in the Oregon Circuit Courts and the U.S. District Court. I also have experience filing in the Oregon Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, Washington State Courts, Land Use Board of Appeals, and Public Utility Commission.
