In the funding role, I reviewed loan details for refinance and purchase loans, making sure all information in our Wells Fargo system aligned with closing documentation. I communicated with Settlement Agents across the country to ensure wiring information was correct and sent out wires for disbursement of funds. I obtained closing documents from Title Agencies and ensured borrowers, sellers, and settlement agents signed and dated closing documents correctly. I confirmed that Settlement Agents disbursed funds for our borrowers on time.
