Our vision is a regenerative future for all. To get there, we offer educational programs and build Hope Hubs - education and innovation center for regeneration. Our Hope Hubs allow for experiential learning, action research, community-building and organizing and many different educational and cultural programs and events, all aimed at spreading regenerative values and visions. Our approach thrives to be systemic, community-based and life-centered. We are currently building our first Hope Hub in Galicia, Spain by revitalizing an abandoned village with local leaders and lots of motivation to make it a pioneer experiential learning and innovation space for local and international stakeholders to work together for a regenerative future.www.itsthyme.org

We empower youth to develop their own visions for the future and bring them into action! My roles at ViA are diverse: I am part of the wellbeing team circle and am responsable for project development, coordination and facilitation of multiple transformational education projects and workshops around emerging global issues incl. climate change, interculturality and social justice. I foster critical thinking and regenerative mindsets in a privilege-sensitive, inclusive and uplifting way!

International development Institute for sustainable rural development at the Humboldt-University of Berlin. Besides writing my thesis there on "Agroecology as a Strategy for Sustainable Food Security in the Global South", I was responsible for - the research on scientific issues- the assistance with production and translation of teaching materials (method manual, documentation of the Development Policy Discussion Days, consulting practice),- the creation of media for public relations (InDesign, Photoshop), collaboration on an image film- the management of the content management system (Joomla)- the support in various organizational activities (event management, study projects).

Global Volunteer Experience tackling the Sustainable Development Goal "Reduced Inequalities" at the foundation "ADI", a non-profit organisation that provides educational- and cultural activities for the youth of Barranquilla, Colombia. My role was to support and facilitate small workshops around languages, art, sports, music and participative community projects.
