My goal in my professional career is to root my motivation in the benefit of others and to never stop learning. I am a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying as a double major in Public Policy and Advertising & Public Relations with a Philosophy, Politics, and Economics minor. I plan to pursue a career in law, and I have experience in a legal setting through my internship with North Carolina’s Guardian Ad Litem program. I currently work alongside Young People’s Alliance, a youth-run and powered nonprofit, as the UNC Field Director. As field director, I promote civic education and engagement across my college campus. Within my campus, I mirror the same mentorship I recieved through the YMCA’s Youth and Government Program by volunteering with UNC’s Catalyst Conference. As a Catalyst Co-director, I lead a conference of high school students to educate on various social issues and ways they can actively create solutions in their own communities.
