I oversee, develop, and promote all of Anytime Fitness- Columbia’s facilities with daily promotion and marketing efforts, operations, effective leadership, and constant work involvement in order to create and maintain a fun, safe, effective, and efficient work atmosphere and club culture while accomplishing financial and sales goals as outlined.The Operations of Management and Marketing Lead is responsible for the following: -Sustained growth of the 3 club’s membership and training revenue streams through effective marketing and operations. -Client relations, direct to consumer marketing and all administrative work pertaining to the general operations of the facilities and of the personal training department. -Be knowledgeable of the entire member life cycle and sales process including collecting leads, lead nurturing, appointment setting, qualifying, tours and ultimately selling memberships and training packages both in person and virtually. -In this role I must manage and be familiar with all systems and processes used for all positions.-As well, this position provides guidance and encouragement and most importantly, develops relationships with all members, staff, and trainers, to improve retention.
