Responsibilities • Responsible for all coordination and administration of allocated conferences with up to 100 delegates • Close working relationships with other teams including producers, marketing and sponsorship team • Liaising with speakers, sponsors and venues, making delegate packs• Processing and checking invoices for speakers and suppliers• First point of contact for telephone enquiries• Organising travel and hotel accommodation for speakers• Running events on the day which consists of: registering and meeting and greeting high level speakers and delegates, communicating with venue staff • Post event – evaluation analysis and providing feedback to delegates and speakers• Travelling to venues across the UK• Responsible for coordination of sponsorship of events including maintaining sales records, invoicing, sponsorship scheduling and on the day requirements • Office management including booking meeting rooms, meeting and greeting people.
