Handle Accounts receivable and accounts payable. Mange mail merges from excel to word documents for over 500 members. Plan and execute member kits for all of our members. Plan meetings with catering, off-site locations, and onsite locations. Answer all phone calls and directing the customers or associates to the correct personal. Maintain files for the Association. Scan and file all paid bills. Maintain files for audits. Receptionist at the front desk. Manage formal complaints through mail and direct it to the board that handles all complaints.

Picked items for orders by using the RF system, scanning the items and placing it in a cart or tote to be brought to the Pack Stations. By reading the RF gun, I must follow the correct path given and proceed to the correct bin location in the building. Locate the item within a time frame set by the company. Lifted small to large packages, depending on the quantities and orders placed. Performed work alone and must stay on task without supervision. Must keep log of hours online, including time off and vacations. Must be aware of the surroundings due to heavy machinery moving around. Drive and operate an order picker using a harness. Must go up with the order picker with up most safety to perform the job at hand, pick the item safely and proceed to the next pick location or to drive to the drop off location.

Plan and execute daily tasks, such as, paying bills, scanning, filing, and filing online complaints. Record customer complaints to ensure the proper store manager or supervisor in order to received it in a timely manner. Provide customer service to visitors at the front desk. Document customer complaints in Excel spreadsheet. Manage paperwork with confidential information to ensure that it is not exposed for others to see. Solve problems for business partners and co-workers. Document and record cash deposits and credit card amounts for 43 Sonic Drive-In's on a spreadsheet.

Worked at Memphis location and Oklahoma City location as a transfer. Did not work from December of 2016 until June of 2017 where I returned as Customer Service agent.
