I began this role by automating all reporting for the Asset Pricing team to be used throughout the company; now I facilitate all major reporting within pricing and network throughout the organization. I spearhead all pricing for our subsidiary company, Davis Transfer, for multiple Salespeople, and also for all of our Mexico freight.

As a Financial Analyst, I ran daily reports for C-level executives, generated rolling forecasts with SVP's of USA Truck, manage and negotiate the budgets for all of my departments and lines of businesses, collaborate with executives daily, and had a large opportunity to drive change in my organization and encourage growth and progress.

In my role, I rotated multiple times to different departments in Operations for USA Truck. First, I was a Pricing Analyst, then a Dedicated Driver Manager and then I was a Financial Analyst in charge of our Logistics, HR, and Legal Department, and finally - I accepted a full-time position in Pricing after demonstrating the capability to revitalize and change the structure of how we price business.

I serve as a point of contact and facilitate responses to general inquiries and data requests from both external and internal customers. While performing a variety of support and general administrative assignments in support of my audit, such as: data entry, and tracking/correspondence; I also obtain data files and generate reports for audits.
