-Perform hands-on management of 20+ consulting services engagements/projects concurrently across client portfolio.-Manage each engagement delivery including onboarding, project kickoff and performance execution, through contract closeout.-Responsible for growing the footprint of our existing teams and expand market share of current business while estimating and scoping out net new opportunities.-Actively manage a pipeline of sales opportunities in Salesforce. -Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare pricing submissions, review Statements of Work (SOWs), and estimate budgets for new and existing engagement expansion.-Facilitate and lead Client Status Meetings and Quarterly Business Review presentations up to the executive level across project portfolio.-Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of client contract deliverables.-Weekly financial management of each project, preparing estimates at completion, and monitoring/resolving any budget overruns or shortfalls.- Ensure Engagement Quality including contract compliance and subcontract change order negotiation and execution.

-Engage in Business to Business sales with new and existing clients for supplemental staffing or long-term consulting engagements in the fields of Information Technology, Business Applications, and Telecommunications.-Act as business partner to advise clients on the appropriate staffing model based on IT goals. -Possess sales skills in the areas of cold calling, closing, contract negotiations, prospecting, client management, customer service and delivery. -Maintain vendor relations by providing ongoing communication and problem resolution for internal and external employee conflicts and deficiencies.-Work closely with Delivery (Recruiting) Team to identify, screen and place technical resources.-Consistently evaluate client base and future business opportunities to ensure and validate an efficient strategy, growth and profitability

• Determine daily allocation/prioritization for recruiting coverage with Internal and External Sales Staff• Review and screen resumes from all sources and distribute to hiring managers or appropriate members of management team• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to provide insight on Labor Market information and Talent pool statistics to help advise on current and future hiring needs• Train and mentor new Recruitment and Sales employees• Qualify Open-Source, technical requirements including Linux, DevOps, Cloud, and Big Data job opportunities with our clients• Manage the candidate job offer process, including, reference checks, offer extension, and negotiation.

• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced, and full lifecycle recruiting environment• Strong interpersonal skills building and maintaining a network of business professionals interested in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire job opportunities• Specialized in Open-Source, Infrastructure placements focused on the UNIX/Linux platform• Screened prospective candidates through phone screens, internal interviews, references, and skills assessments• Utilized Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System• Act as liaison between candidates and clients throughout the entire recruiting process• Coordinate the scheduling of interviews and/or testing with selected candidates.
