Human Resources Specialist
Current-Lead the execution of Handbooks, PTO plans, employee disciplinary, terminations, and LOA/FMLA letters, and troubleshoot onboarding through PrismHR ClientSpace.-Act as an HR team lead for over 150 clients to support day-to-day HR functions, including employee conflicts, policy development, job description creation, and the implementation and execution of HR programs.-Coordinate with clients on-site to execute Human Resource Analysis (HRA) to identify development opportunities for the organization, as well as FLSA audits to ensure compliance.
