Mask Network (mask.io) is a social network infrastructure project that bridges Web2 and Web3 to build an open internet, giving data ownership back to users. We do so through 1. a browser extension & mobile application that integrates Web3 dapps seamlessly on traditional social media like Twitter and 2. an open-source decentralized identity protocol called Next.ID (next.id) that securely aggregates Web2 and Web3 identity profiles using cryptography for Web3 protocol & dApps to build upon.I built Next.ID's product marketing and partnerships team from zero to one with the company's CTO and senior developer lead. Today, Next.ID sees 30MM API calls/week on its identity authentication service and contains 410K+ verifiable data in its identity graph database service.

Run The World is an all-in-one virtual events platform designed for interactive social experiences, backed by a16z, Founders Fund, Will Smith, and Kevin Hart. It was acquired by EventMobi in August 2023.I was one of the first two business hires that helped the business grow from zero to one. As the partnership team lead, I was responsible for key partnership development, revenue growth initiatives, product feature optimization, overseeing the enterprise sales, customer success, and support team.

-Early employee at one of the fastest-growing short-form video startups in the US, building from zero to one.-Worked directly with the founder to define and develop the company's B2B business strategy, successfully pivoting the startup and securing funding for Series A+ an Series B (150MM led by Softbank).-Product owner of Firework's WordPress plugin, driving the product's development, operations, and GTM.

-Analyzed over 1000+ data entries and literary sources for McKinsey Global Institute’s annual report.-Conducted and validated baseline P&L analyses for retail and automotive industry deep-dives. -Compiled executive summaries of tech company portfolios for project leaders. -Simultaneously led a separate team of five interns on a case study about asset-light models for commercial real estate in China and presented research results to department leaders.

-Managed relations with media partners including Forbes, CCTV, etc. for Harvard China Forum, the largest college forum on China in North America; -Initiated a new media program, “HCFocus”, a monthly video series that delves into trending topics at Harvard to Chinese and American viewers as part of the organization’s strategies to strengthen its media and on-campus influence;

-Cataloged potential advertisers and strategically outreached to 200+ businesses, securing 3 advertising contracts, summing up to $3K.-Generated an alternative revenue stream of over $50K through leading the publishing and rebranding of Harvard’s 50 Best Application Essays (5th Edition).
