I also work delivering workshops to forward thinking Corporations who are looking to offer their employees support for their health and wellbeing. I specialize in all areas of anxiety, phobias, PTSD and confidence, as well as helping clients manage long term pain, quit smoking, loose weight and perform better in the workplace. I am also one of the worlds first HypnoFasting experts where hypnosis, teamed with intermittent fasting, achieves incredible weight loss results.In the world of business I have helped people overcome issues from Zoom/meeting phobias to to fear of presenting and lack of confidence.
