Lead first-of-its-kind Corporate Social Responsibility program for a 1,000-person sustainable energy company, which includes management of annual sustainability reporting function, a $1 million social investment budget, an extensive community outreach program supporting 840 charitable causes annually, and collaboration with internal employee resource groups. Responsibilities include environmental, social & governance (ESG) strategy, goal setting, metric tracking, reporting, stakeholder communications, and social media marketing.
