Online Category Executive – BeautyDuties include: Maintain a close relationship with external brands – sharing performance data as appropriate; maximizing brands online visibility, ensuring that strategies are inline for key product launches and digitally supported; working with the online category and buying office to develop onsite content campaigns and features for the category; managing all web product images for the category; working with email team to propose and sign off products featured; communicating product launches to ensure stock arrival; the setup of online offers, including Beauty Confidential; ensure stock allocation plan will sustain during promotions and growth; responding to customer queries; website checks to ensure a good customer journey throughout the category; website coding. Completing Daily Sales tracker, running reports for weekly trade meetings, inputting figures for Building for Growth and updating the WSSI.

Operations Assistant UKDuties include: collate and distribute weekly performance and KPI figures for UK; stock control – stock adjustments, transfers and inventory counts; store returns reports; out of stock lists; new store set up; B2B orders; communicating wholesale promotions; assisting in product launch and tracking launch success; in-store merchandising; assisting in marketing materials; organizing training days; managing queries in store; responding to customer complaints; preparing price adjustments for wholesale accounts; ensure wholesale displays & fixtures are correct; oversee wholesale ordering. Use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word on a regular basis, and internal stock control system (AS400) among others. Also assist in stores with sales when required.
