I’m a thought leader, change maker and advisor committed to driving social change by helping organisations be more inclusive. My passion is in supporting individuals, teams and organisations to embrace diversity and inclusion, with a key focus on intersectionality. I believe meaningful change in this space only happens by both enabling and enhancing understanding and persistent passion and ambition. A qualified business psychologist I run my own consultancy business having previously spent a number of years as a director of a leading national education charity. In 2017 I also founded LGBTed, a national grassroots network which was established to drive meaningful and sustainable social change through enabling greater LGBTQ+ visibility in the education system. As Director, I was a member of the National Equality and Diversity Forum and worked with DfE to develop the LGBTQ+ inclusion in education strategy. I’m also a published academic author and my work on the career experiences of gay women in the UK has been featured in an international research handbook exploring diversity and careers.
