- Leading and working with a team of 3 (1 Analyst and 2 Billers) on a multi-million pound discount retailer account across UK and IRE. - Monthly profitability reporting include KPIs, P&L and ad-hoc analysis- Proactive approach in all areas.- Direct input into forecasting/budgets. Regular budget reviews/updates throughout the year- Business partnering with various employees across all departments.- Negotiating annual fees and additional projects.- Presenting to key stakeholders both internally and client side on a regular basis.- Reviewing and negotiating legal contracts.- Leading contract compliance audits for the clients I look after, and assisting where needed with all other audits (internal and external)- Provide regular updates and analysis to the Global Finance team, liaising with offices globally to ensure I have and understand all the required information. This is then used to discuss, agree and monitor global targets- In addition to my Finance role, in 2022 I became a Mental Health First Aider. I am passionate about people’s wellbeing so I am proud to have done the training and do what I can to boost mental wellbeing, and be able to guide those who need help.
