Community and order are an exhilarating mix that I first tasted by founding a busy babysitting group at age 13. Education and organization have been my sweet spot ever since with branches for real-estate and individual care.My favorite positions started during times of transformational change because I thrive in growing environments. I got my start as a work-study for the Allied Health Program at Eastern Arizona College. However, holding concurrent positions to coordinate and educate in my community for Aggie Village Family Apartments at Colorado State University from 2018 to 2020 fed a flame for organizational leadership in a way I never imagined. I loved being able to impact and serve such a rich and diverse community centered on family and education. A COVID-19 detour partnered me with the owner of Sunset Cattle LLC and Toro Enterprises LLC. From 2020 to 2022 we worked mainly on acquiring, developing, and managing a two-unit property in Tucson, AZ. Side projects allowed me to venture into the creative and interpersonal world of construction in addition to real estate development. By the summer of 2022, I was ready to return to where I began my adulthood. Eastern Arizona College has always held a special place in my heart. It is where I met my husband, finished my first degree as a new mother, and now I have returned to reroute my career. I was absolutely thrilled to be part of the Grants Department while EAC made an active effort to modernize. I especially value the mentorship and camaraderie I experienced as a student of the Organizational Leadership program and Project Management Certification on my way to a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University degree. Study has provided the fundamentals, and my employment provided the experience to support them.
