I was in charge of the production of the Opus camping trailer for the UK and Europe. In the first 3 months alone I restructured the team, reverse engineered, adjusted and documented the build processes, brought workshop practises in line with HSE guidelines and ultimately increased production by 1/3 whilst bringing down quality issues at point of handover.

I was a shift based team leader in customer service and logistics and I was responsible for centrally managing the distribution network. The role involved; leading a customer centric approach at the sites, reporting for network directors, forward planning for network events and being the lead for disaster recovery. In this role I also had two direct reports and owned several Key Performance Indicators including Case fill and optimum site.

The Coca Cola Enterprises supply chain graduate scheme is a three year program where I will complete three different positions in any area of supply chain. Each year, two graduates are recruited into the function with the intention that we will be developed into the company’s future business leaders.

I previously project managed several large centrally led engineering projects throughout CCE's manufacturing sites in Great Britain. In this role my main responsibilities were coordinating internal and external stakeholders, budget tracking and project planning.

I worked as part of the Coca Cola venue operations team during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. My role was based in the warehouse supplying the venues with both ambient and cooled products on a day one for day one ordering system. My responsibilities included the secure sealing process, stock counts and inbound/outbound movements.

I was accountable for 4 production lines (glass, aseptic and 2x PET) and 20 Team members. My responsibilities included monitoring and improving line utilization, quality, safety and yields.
