Hannah Lee Lavender (née Hubbard) is a litigation associate at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin. As a member of the major injury and complex litigation departments, Hannah represents plaintiffs in valuable suits ranging from single-incident personal injury claims to complex cases involving mass tort, class action, qui tam, and/or multidistrict litigation. She also assists in briefing before both the state and federal appellate courts. Hannah entered practice after graduating from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and completing a clerkship at the Supreme Court of North Carolina. She is especially interested in plaintiff-side consumer law, mass/class actions, and appellate advocacy.
