Responsibilities:● Managing and troubleshooting the BREEZ online POS system● Monitoring the BREEZ phone and email line for correspondence from customers and responding quickly to their concerns● Placing customer orders manually if and when customers encounter bugs● Maintaining the organization and flow of the order intake process● Counting and managing inventory levels through the online POS system● Packing BREEZ branded cannabis products into daily delivery orders for drivers● Delivering orders to customers in the greater Los Angeles area using my personal vehicle
