I am a Masters candidate at the Insitut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals in Barcelona, Spain. Studying International Relations at a global university has allowed me to not only learn new perspectives on known topics but learn from my peer's experiences as well. In my undergraduate degree at The University of South Carolina, I majored in International Studies with dual minors in History and Spanish. I have had internship experience in political campaigns and social media management but am looking to broaden my experience by working in other areas of the public or non-profit sector. I thrive in settings where I can interact with others on a personal level but also have a strong sense of leadership and collaboration. The policy areas I am most passionate about are voting rights, democracy and protection of marginalized communities.
