- Produced marketing tools, social media postings, and website content through the use of Wix and Canva- Assisted with daily office tasks and needs of full-time staff by filing paperwork, completing emails, tracking members, member compliance and support, etc- Accomplished independent projects that align with the organization’s mission to build capacity within Green Iowa and the partnering communities across the state

- Supported a team of 15 full-time and summer AmeriCorps members by approving timesheets, tracking service hours, monitoring progress on group or individual projects, and assisting members with their summer professionalism goals- Hosted weekly meetings to delegate service opportunities within the Cedar Valley community amongst team members and to participate in team bonding activities

- Guided a 40-member student organization by leading meetings, obtaining goals, and encouraging students to embrace their strengths- Oversaw the work of five 500-hour spring service projects in 2019 and 2020 by partnering with local nonprofit agencies to fulfill their request for proposals- Aided in the facilitation of the Fall Annual Giving Campaign by preparing active members for fundraising over $25,000.00 in 2019, and $15,000.00 in 2020- Secured largest first-time donation and matching partnership with SWIM Consulting for the Robert and Yvonne Koob Fund- Acted as a main representative of NLA at Northern Iowa and in the local nonprofit community by partaking in various activities

- Virtually interviewed various public policy and public health professionals in Uganda to understand the impacts of COVID-19 on the public policy and public health sectors- Created a detailed policy recommendation on how Ugandan public health officials can improve their services to reduce the barriers the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted within the clientele

- Met with students during the academic year to help construct cover letters, resumes, and conduct mock interviews - Executed career readiness presentations around campus by providing insight for specific groups of students and organizations

- Lead a committee of 5 individuals to plan and execute the 10 Year Anniversary Celebration for over 150 AmeriCorps members and community stakeholders- Managed part of the Northeast Iowa Food Bank’s garden to help produce over 200 pounds of organic vegetables within two months- Cooperated with local nonprofits to implement environmental stewardship and education for all ages of community members in the Cedar Valley
