Marketing Project Manager
Current- Coordinates and manages marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborates with the VP of Marketing, marketing team, internal stakeholders, affiliate practices, and third-party vendors to gather project requirements and develop project plans
- Develops and maintains project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Serves as the main point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and issues
- Conducts regular project meetings to review progress, identify roadblocks, and develop solutions
- Oversees the creation and production of marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, digital assets, and advertisements
