For my position as an advisor for Aditya Birla Minacs, I took around 300 calls a day and helped the callers with whatever needs they had. This included giving directions, roadside assistance, connecting drivers to emergency services, and finding solutions to any problems they encountered while on the road. It was essential to maintain a calm, professional demeanour despite the stress of some callers’ situations.

Whilst working at Tony’s Café I was often left in charge of the cash register and serving the customers. My other duties included cooking hot meals, preparing sandwiches, salads & drinks and also cleaning the kitchen and tables. I also programmed the register during my time at the café.

My role as an associate at TK Maxx involved working behind the tills as well as working as part of a team to ensure the shop floor was well stocked and tidy while providing friendly customer service to all customers. I was frequently in control of the fitting rooms, this included security, keeping the dressing area organised and clean plus helping the customers with any issues they had with the items they were trying on.
