- Support the branch in day-to-day operations - Maintain rental contracts based on customer needs and serve as a central point of contact for major Karratha accounts - Processing damage reports - Handle complaints in a professional and timely manner - Manage fleet availability to meet customer demand while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability - Support the business during a brand transition by implementing procedures to minimize operational disruptions - Implement operational support tools to the Karratha branch and customers - Provide temporary managerial relief support for surrounding Pilbara branches - Staff training, coaching and development - Support the workshop through parts ordering and job card maintenance - Attend chamber of commerce events to identify opportunities for the business - Recognized for outstanding performance by Europcar WA with a recognition award in 2022 & 2023

- Providing 2IC Support to Karratha and Newman Bankwest branches-Supporting employee learnings for several branches through digital meetings, with particular focus on lending products, identifying quality leads, engaging customers in retention conversations and identifying borrowing needs- Holding needs based conversations with customers to determine best suited products - Taking ownership and actioning home loan applications- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Retaining customers through conversations via outbound calling initiatives- Assisting in community engagement activities - Providing support to surrounding locations in the Pilbara

Duties: Process customer and supplier invoices using Workshop Software and MYOB accounting software Pay supplier invoices on weekly basis Reconcile MYOB bank feeds Process payroll weekly basis using MYOB accounting software Process and pay PAYG and BAS on a monthly basis using the ATO Business Portal Process and pay employee super on a quarterly basis Issue customer invoices and statements  Follow up aged receivables Assist customers in their enquiries Facilitate apprenticeship requirements Organise travel and accommodation when required
