I monitored the professional development of 10 instructors to expand the scope of their disciplines, and I tracked 100 students' learning progress and followed up with supplemental learning. The most important aspect of my role was conducting information sessions with clients to review results of learning needs assessments. I would assess children ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade, and each student was unique. I worked with kids that could be two grade levels behind to a grade level ahead. It was important to me to make sure I met each student's individual learning needs. I interacted with 20-40 math students daily either in person, through web conference, or over the phone. I coordinated with my employer to execute social outreach events, such as Math Nights and Parents' Night Out. I was awarded Instructor of the Month October and November 2019.
