I practice my skills every day in order to achieve excellence in my field. As a college student, I strive for professionalism while I hone in my craft. Graduating with an honor cord for my performance in many cooking classes and being chosen to compete in culinary competitions are some of my achievements throughout high school. At the age of 15, I had my first job in a professional kitchen, feeding anywhere from 20 to 200 people a day. I’ve taught myself to decorate cakes and would like to pursue this interest more soon, but as of now I work in customer service, which I’ve had years of experience in. I will bring this determination with me through my schooling at Columbia College.
